Decades of Bigfoot Sightings in Ohio!

Highlights from Dave's Encounters on the Bigfoot Society’s Podcast

  1. The Family at the Dumpsters
In the early 90s, Dave witnessed what he believes to be an entire Bigfoot family scavenging through dumpsters near a strip mall. The sight of a small figure tossing items from the dumpster to larger, hulking creatures left him baffled. At the time, unaware of Bigfoot lore, Dave chalked it up to confusion—until years later when he connected the dots.

  2. Face-to-Face on Snider Road
One of the most intense stories came from a late-night milkshake run. As Dave sat in his parked car, a rock hit his Cadillac, prompting him to look out the window. What he saw was unforgettable: a massive, human-like face peering in, illuminated not by headlights but by what Dave described as “face shine.” The vivid detail of the creature’s leathery skin and canine teeth sent shivers down his spine.

  3. John Bryan State Park Encounter
As a child, Dave had a chilling experience while playing near a wooded area. A massive, hairy figure peeked out repeatedly from behind a tree, its surprised expression etched into his memory. Years later, he would come to understand this as his first Bigfoot sighting.

  4. The Baby Bigfoot and the Fawn
Perhaps one of the most unusual moments occurred during a late-night drive. Dave spotted a baby deer leisurely crossing the road, followed closely by a small, furry figure he believes was a young Bigfoot. The interaction seemed playful, almost like a game of "Follow the Leader."

  5. A Whistle in the Woods
While biking near Urbana, Ohio, Dave encountered a strange, melodic whistle coming from the woods. The sound, haunting and otherworldly, repeated several times and left him with more questions than answers.
